Gailan has been volunteering with CSUSM Flying Samaritans for a year! Her future goals are applying to medical school to become a doctor and doing clinical research. One of her favorite memories of clinic was when a patient, who came every month, gave birth to her baby and brought her to clinic!

Secretary Responsibilities

The Secretary shall take minutes at all meetings of the organization, keep these on file, and submit required copies to all organization members. The Secretary shall be responsible for all organization correspondence and shall keep copies thereof on file. The Secretary shall maintain membership records for the organization. The Secretary shall be responsible for checking in volunteers. The Secretary shall be responsible for advertising about events and maintaining the website. The Secretary shall take pictures at all Flying Samaritans events. The Secretary shall keep all social media accounts up to date.
