External Vice President Responsibilities

The Vice President External shall preside at organization meetings in the absence of the President. The Vice President shall perform all legal duties assigned by the President. The Vice President shall assume the office of the President, alongside the Vice President Internal, if the office becomes vacant. The Vice President External shall handle all affairs in Mexico-getting permits, promoting events, etc.
