About Angela

Angela has been part of the Flying Sams of CSUSM since May of 2021. She had the opportunity to aid in the preparation of the first-ever clinic in January of 2022 and has contributed to every clinic since! Her future career goal is to become a physician and provide healthcare to underserved populations, alongside teaching the next generation of physicians! Her favorite memory from clinic has been playing soccer with kids and passing out books to read together as they wait to see the doctor.

President Responsibilities

The President shall serve as the chief executive officer of the organization, shall preside at all meetings of the organization and shall prepare the agenda for meetings. The President shall be the official spokesperson of the organization, representing the policies, views, and opinions of the organization in its relations with the campus and community at large. The President shall have such further powers and duties as may be prescribed by the organization. Each clinic, the President shall be responsible for making sure all the necessary personnel are available, designate what role each student will play, and is responsible for clinic flow. The President shall attend all SLL meetings.
